  • Is Lymboo Math research-based?

    Yes! Lymboo Math is rooted in the findings of the best research in cognitive and pedagogical sciences.   • How long is the trial trial?

    We offer 45-day full-featured trial for all teachers and their students. During the trial period, your students will have unlimited access to Lymboo Math program using their individual usernames and passwords. Teachers will have access to their students' work and a set of in-depth, actionable reports on diagnostic evaluation, progress, ranking, and strengths and trouble spots. Students can access Lymboo Math from any device (PC, tablet) with Internet connection, and from anywhere!

    At the end of the trial period, you can continue with a 1-year classroom license for only $179. Large discounts are available for multi-classroom and school licenses, based on number of students. Transition from trial period to yearly membership is seamless with all of your data, including students' diagnostic and practice work transferred automatically.

  • Can I use Lymboo Math on tablets?
    Yes. Lymboo Math can be accessed with a PC/Mac/tablet, as long as you have access to the Internet and the latest version of one of the following browsers:

    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Apple Safari 5 and above
    • Internet Explorer 8 and above
  • Can I get access to multiple grade levels?

    Absolutely! You can have access to all grades that we offer. To request access to additional grades,

    1. Login to your Lymboo Math account
    2. Click on the "Request additional classroom" link. You can request as many grades as you need.
  • How do my students access their Lymboo Math program?

    Please instruct your students to login (with their individual login and password) to Lymboo Math here:

    http://www.lymboo.com/login

    They will then be taken to their individual Diagnostic Test page. Once they complete the diagnostic test they will be placed at an appropriate Stage in Lymboo Math curriculum. From then on they will be able to practice math facts, daily assignments, spiral reviews (Unit and Stage reviews), deferred assignments, and much more! They will also have access to our comprehensive Common Core Assessment & Reinforcement program (Lymboo Math Test Prep).

    A friendly reminder: please do not forget to send home your student login cards. This way your parents know that their students can access Lymboo Math from home, too. We are quite aware how difficult it is to find ample computer time for students at school. Your parents can also assist you in having their students complete the Diagnostic Test at home. You can print the login cards for all your students right from your classroom page.

  • Is the diagnostic test the same for all students?

    The diagnostic test is different for each student. The topics covered on the test are the same for a given grade, but the questions themselves are different.

  • How to do I access usernames and passwords of my students?

    Your students' login and passwords are on the "Manage students" page.
    Here are the steps to get there:

    • Login to your account at www.lymboo.com/login
    • Click on "Logins & Passwords" link

    Here you will see a table with login and password information for all your students.

    Note: You can also print parent letters (that has student login card) for the entire class right from your home page. Just click the link "Parent Lettes" in the classroom card on your home page. Please send these letters home so parents have a copy, too.

  • How to do I access usernames and passwords of my teachers?

    Your teachers' login and passwords are on your school page.
    Here are the steps to get there:

    • Login to your account at www.lymboo.com/login
    • Click on "Manage Account" button
    • Click on "Show passwords" link

    Here you will see a table with login and password information for all your teachers.

  • How do I print parent invitation letters for ALL my students?

    Parent invitation letters are available in PDF format, ready to print in your account. Simply login to your account and click on the "Parent Letters" link in your classroom box to download letters for all of your students.

  • How do I print parent invitation letter for ONE student?

    Here are the steps:

    1. Login to your Lymboo Math account.
    2. Click on "Logins & Passwords"
    3. Find the student in the table and click on the button "Print Letter to Parents".
  • Can I get additional student spots for my classroom?

    Absolutely! You can request for as many student spots as you need. To request additional students spots,

    1. Login to your Lymboo Math account
    2. Click on the "Increase limit" link for the classroom that needs more spots.
  • How to remove a student from classroom roster?

    Here are the steps to delete a student,

    1. Login to your Lymboo Math account.
    2. Click on "Logins & Passwords"
    3. Find the student who you want to delete and click on the "Edit" drop-down menu button.
    4. Click on "Remove student" link from the menu.

    Note: A student who has already completed some work cannot be removed. If you absolutely must remove the account of such a student please contact Lymboo Math Support Team at support@lymboo.com.

  • Can I change my students' profile information?

    Yes. To edit a student's profile information (first and last names, email address), please follow these simple steps:

    1. Login to your Lymboo Math account
    2. Click on "Logins & Passwords" link
    3. Click on "Edit" button to change student profile

  • Is Lymboo Math program available for middle and high school grades?

    We currently offer grades K-5, with more grades planned to be released later this year. However, Lymboo Math program, with its personalized and adaptive nature, is extremely useful for middle and even high school students. Lymboo Math is being used in many middle and high schools to help students to build and solidifying their basic math concepts and developing comprehension, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

  • How do students use the coins they earn?

    Students earn coins when they finish assignments, reach certain milestones, complete specific challenges, etc. The coins can be used to rewards like stickers, avatars, and play educational games. Our rewards are not only fun to collect, but they also teach fun facts about the stickers themselves!

    Students can also print beautiful Milestone and Achievement Certificates for to celebrate their successess.

  • How do I set my email preferences?
    1. Login to your Lymboo Math account.
    2. Click on the settings dropdown menu link (on the far right of the top navigation bar)
    3. Select "My Profile"
    4. Click on "Email Preferences" tab
